Steps to Reproduce

Write a TS application using CRA.
Update to CRA3.
Be very annoyed with its out of the box linting nobody asked for.
I strongly prefer tslint for the job, thank you very much.
You are just breaking my app and provide no documentation whatsoever on how to disable this annoying behavior.

Expected Behavior

There is no linting happening.

Actual Behavior

There is linting happening, with lots of false findings.

I strongly prefer tslint for the job, thank you very much.

TSLint has been deprecated, and will not be maintained in the future. Please read the announcement from the TypeScript team regarding that.
