When I train with train-noun.sh, it will stop in the eval step with no error output. Even I change the argument "eval-each" "train-thread", it will also stop.
When I train with train-mammals.sh, it work well.

May be due to the slow eval speed. You can evaluation the dataset after training using the checkpoint.
