Hi there! I've been tracking this problem for a while now. It seems to be general to Safari plugins that add controls to the page, and it's inconsistent. That is, I visited the site you mentioned and sVim loaded the first time. Perhaps another time it won't, however. The same happens to me with LastPass, a password manager.
