#11 adds support for the --endpoint flags, but it would be nice to include other flags supported by the CLI.

To anyone running into this issue, you should be able to work around most of the configuration limitations of this action by adding a .fossa.yml file to the same directory (i.e. source code root) that the CLI is running in: https://github.com/fossas/fossa-cli/blob/ad4ab0b369995c7fc6d6056d0038141c492ad8cb/docs/references/files/fossa-yml.md
