Question: Run FOSSA only on the delta code in a PR #27

Hello, can we run the FOSSA action only on the delta in the PR? i.e., if a bad license is introduced by the PR, only then flag it, if it exists in the main/master branch as well, ignore it.

This action does not currently support it, but fossa test supports a --diff argument that lets you only flag issues introduced starting from a certain revision, or comparing arbitrary revisions: https://github.com/fossas/fossa-cli/blob/master/docs/references/subcommands/test.md#example
