vscode conflicts with other django plugin #56

When using https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=batisteo.vscode-django the completions does not work properly.

Find out how mulitple plugings can give completions and if possible make changes
Find other Django template highlighting plugin to use, and add note to readme
Maybe add htmldjango to vscode plugin, feels out of scope for LSP.
