Description

We need to assess the feasibility of migrating some of the functionality currently handled by the on_initialize method into the newly introduced hook poll, as proposed in PR #1781 from the Polkadot SDK repository. This new hook poll aims to optimize operations and could potentially enhance our system’s efficiency.
