For the FASP Hackathon ISB-CGC Bioinformaticians will create example BigQuery queries that identify in NCI public datasets deleted regions of chromosomes. Examples will be provided of these explorations.

We explore various ways to query ISB-CGC BigQuery tables to identify deleted regions from open-access cancer data. Here we show examples of the sql queries.
