Alphabetize entries on Darwin Core Types and Extensions page

It would be helpful if both installed and available extensions were alphabetized. Especially when comparing installed extensions across IPTs. It appears that installed extensions are sorted by when they were installed. It makes it difficult to trouble shoot which extensions might be missing from a particular IPT when numerous extensions are instaleld (i.e. on the training IPTs)
