Ensure that larger product set can be preserved in long-term storage (currently Zenodo) #390

In #388 , we can see that some products are going to be larger, likely (again) bumping into Zenodo limits.

The two ways forward would be:

test, and possibly split again, the products (see Drop Solr (GOlr) indices from Zenodo archive bundle #353)
stop storing (some?) products
