Is it possible to disable ipv6 and enable ONLY ipv4 in Slowloris?

We currently don't expose any flags to configure this. Probably useful to do so.

Why do you need only ipv4

One idea is to flow requests only to ipv4 of a dual ipv4/ipv6 website.
