[Feature Request] Adjust the Table-Layout of the Approve-Table

Hi,

I'm interested in some modifications of the Approve-Table.
From my point of view the Approve-Plugin would be the best basis to generate a nice looking table about it's own generated information.
The integrated list is functional but not nice looking.
The filter is good so far but it would be nice if one could change the design of the columns and rows as well as choosing colums that will be shown.
In my case I would like to see only the Title of the page, the Revision of the page and the Approve-Date. The Approve-Date should not look like the one of the general DW conf dformat. It's not an overview of all pages which are interesting for the Approve-Plugin, it's only an overview of all pages with the current revision.
I started to do some changes on my own and I'm posting about my progress here: url. Unfortunately my coding experiences are not that good that i can do changes update-safe.

Can you create the pull request? It will be much easier to me to review your changes this way and merge it into the mainline.
