Form search options break categorization for specific ITIL options

In CommonITILObject, a search option "category" entry is added for "Forms" followed by a single option for "Form answers". Child classes like ticket call this parent method and then add the specific options. This results in all of the options added in the child classes being added under "Forms" by default.
