Feature Description

When choosing labels for an issue, it would be nice to see the scope Gitea detects for a block.
This helps to skim quicker through labels, and is more user friendly for users who haven't worked too much with scoped labels yet. It might even be more accessibility friendly.
For example, in the screenshot below, it might be useful to display Priority where the cursor is.
The labels should of course be a bit below that title.
