Description

currently there is no limit on the log size for a step/container. this proposes an additional flag to allow for controlling the maximum allowable log size to be stored per container/step.

Value

an additional control for admins to leverage to control growth of database/log storage.

Definition of Done

admin is able to set maximum allowed log size on worker(s)
