Use case is for Markdown escaping backticks.

  1. Support escaping special characters inside backticks. Useful for tables which use characters like | as delimiters and as content.

  2. Ignore backticks for width counting if conceal is on. Otherwise tabs will be offset in lines with escaping backticks.
