Undefined stop-IDs in timetable data

1-A-Klukkuvellir timetables include the IDs 99900001 and 99900003 that are not used anywhere else. They are missing from allStops.csv and the stops lists use 14001616 and 14001617 (respectively).

Comparing data with bus.is is seems like the 1400161_ stops titles correspond to the correct stops.

Somewhat similar issue in 18-B-Haholt. The route seems slightly more off though:
