[request] release on crates.io

release hab on crates so that it can be installed by cargo cargo install hab. this implies also releasing all components (but what's the point in having components if they aren't reusable?).
atm you need to use git cargo install --git https://github.com/habitat-sh/habitat hab this installs the current master (i think you need this if you want updates edit: nope, cargo-update isn't updating git crates, so that's another pro) and it's not that fast bc it needs to download the whole git repo first.
