Hello,

My regional settings are in French but the interface of the OS and the browser are in English.
Because of this and the usage of toLocaleTimeString the rain forecast is displayed with "AM / PM".

Would it be possible to use the setting that can be set in the user profile in HA as a preference?

If it can help, here's a link of a PR for another integration who made this kind of change:
