Describe the issue

When opening the overflow menu (3 dots beside a repo) in HACS, if you do so from the 5th repo down (in my instance, it's in the Downloaded list), the overflow menu opens bottom up instead of top down, however the top portion gets obscured by the menu bars at the top of the screen for filtering and such.

I believe the issue is that HACS just isn't taking in to consideration the additional height of the new filter menu bar and is incorrectly assuming it has window space to draw the overlay bottom up.

In the attached screenshot, I clicked the 3 dots for the overflow menu for the Frigate Card integration, and the menu opened bottom up and you can see the top portion is obscured.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open HACS integration
  2. Make sure the window is scrolled all the way up to the top
  3. Click overflow menu for 5th integration from the top
  4. Notice top portion of the menu is obscured and inaccessible
