wubi no longer opens after using wubi-uninstall

why is it not opening? so here is what happened: i used wubi-uninstall to uninstall the faulty kubuntu install that wouldnt progress through post installation and then when i was gonna reinstall kubuntu with a different installation size, the program didnt open. i kept trying and trying even rebooting didnt fix the issue. did i fuck something up by using wubi-uninstall
