When I visit the link, there are no releases. I knew enough about GitHub to figure out that I could do the same by visiting any tag asa well as any release but perhaps the instructions could make this fallback option clear or you could publish the tags as releases?
While I'm writing I just want to say how excited I am to try out Plume. I noticed it a few years ago but the instructions have come on so much that it seems like the time is right!

Thanks @nickform for taking the trouble to report and I'm glad you've been able to get the 'release'. I don't have time to update Plume or tag a release just now, but will leave the issue open as a reminder. Good luck with it.
FWIW I think Plume is a useful intro and barely useful blog but could do with significant enhancement and really a complete rewrite, non of which i can contribute to. There may of course be better Solid apps which I don't know about as I've not been following the project recently.
