I tried to assert a Rak IOT hotspot on the Mobile network today testing something.
It correctly told me it didn't seem to be onboarded. But it did autoburn $10 of HNT to DC for the assert before telling me that.
Im thinking it shouldn't try and get funds for something that is impossible.
