When fixing #282 with #292, I came across another unicode bug.

Reproduction steps

Enter some unicodes in the command prompt. You should notice cursor is not rendered properly. You can now move cursor to the right way past the text you entered. A panic can be observed by attempting to delete the character before the floating cursor.
