Start minecraft server as a dev service in dev mode #8

Instead of having to manually start the minecraft server, it would be nice if this dependency would be started in a container by dev services. In production, the extension would of course ("of course") talk to a real minecraft server.

Start times for the minecraft server might be an issue, since it's much slower than the Quarkus app.

You know what's cooler than a minecraft dev service? A native minecraft dev service. That should help a lot with startup times, too: https://medium.com/graalvm/native-minecraft-servers-with-graalvm-native-image-1a3f6a92eb48
