The pybb/templates/pybb/_need_to_login_message.html creates a message saying Register or login to create to post a reply. I'm not a native speaker, but the end of that message doesn't sound like proper English to me. I'm guessing what you want to say is something like … to create a post or a reply.

I guess it was an attempt to replace "Register or login to create a reply" with "Register or login to post a reply" :)
