Could anyone provide me with the AndroidSSLBypassHelperApp.apk , as I can't find it in the project folder

You can build the .apk from sources using Apache Ant.

You'll run something like ant debug in the AndroidSSLBypassHelperApp directory.

Why not make a binary release available using the "releases" feature of github?

maybe frida but it's overkill

I already tried it, didn't work with UE4 game

UE4 mean Unreal Engine 4

sadly i think since ue4 is probably all native code you won't get far with that
