It'd be great if we calculated and displayed guidelines for edge bend points as well.

For now we can display guidelines only when a bend point is picked and only against non-bend-points. I suppose we should add an option for this to the API as well.

I'm using cytoscape.js-edge-editing and would like to be able to snap bend points to the grid when dragging them. Is this currently possible?
