what's the correct way to run raw_sql with mssql backend

ibis works better than expected when using mssql backend

but sometimes you have to use sql directly for example here

con.raw_sql(' select 42 ;').to_pyarrow()

i am getting

AttributeError: 'pyodbc.Cursor' object has no attribute 'to_pyarrow'
