FMU-less model wrapping

As discussed in the Task 3 meeting today, I'll share with you how I made the wrapped model from the original.
I'll implement the FMU-less model wrapper workflow for the testcase1 testcase and then we can have a discussion about how to integrate this into the larger BOPTEST base if so desired.

Check out this patch @dhblum @javiarrobas @EttoreZ . The parse_wrapper script basically generates mywrapped.mo which matches 100% with the wrapped.mo file. From there on the default workflow can be used.
