Add a commit message when uploading

A nice to have feature would be to have the possibility of commiting to the system a small message alongside the upload.

Not as default, just available and later showing up in the upload overviews alongside the time-stamp and file name.

It is agreed that this is a nice to feature to have.
It should be possible/an option to add a message to the uploaded file after the validation. This message should only be displayed when viewing the ‘Submission overview’, to the right of the Status-column.
