Simplify search dropdown

Now the search function dropdown has multiple copies of the same year, there need only to be one
Also, there should be a select/deselect all for the dropdown and a page number for the records (now it says next - should say 1 of 2, 1 of 3, etc)

This is not one issue, it's two issues.
The bug of the year is now corrected.
