Webservices

  • Ask for a submission and see if it returns the right submission
  • Ask to screen a file and make sure it is screening the file correctly and giving the right errors or not

WebSite

  • Check the map is up and running
  • Test the submit data
  • Test the login is working

HDF5Library

  • Get the FrequencyCount against a HDF% example and see if the library returns the correct result
  • Get the The channel naming and see if the library returns the right result
  • Run the getMetadata and make sure it returns the right metadata
  • Run the getData and make sure it returns the right data (group)

ScreeningFileLibrary

  • Make sure the screening is working and giving the right errors
  • It is possible to check a specific “check”?

Threeds

  • Make a query everyday to make sure it’s running and send an email in case it isn’t.
  • Make a query to metadata and be result the result is the expected
