Put the R script developed by Joana and Colin in the website to share with the community.

Can this R script be divided in two and the second one push the file to the database?

@neil-ices-dk and I talked this over and we think that the website isn't the appropriate place for the script - it should be hosted on github. @neil-ices-dk created a repository for it.
