Getting a "Connection Information" dialog asking for FTP login.

poking into the Docker image, wp-content is now owned by root. According to docker-library/wordpress#436, that's a result of mounting the themes/, plugins and uploads as individual volumes instead of one volume pointed to wp-content. Probably a quick chown fix in our Dockerfile.
