u-sticky的offset属性值为响应式数据时失效 #237

当我在使用u-sticky时，给offset属性传递了一个响应式数据const top = ref(0)，当我在onMounted中试图修改 top.value = 60时，top的值失效，会被设置组件内的默认值0px
