IdsPersonalize: Apply personalization color on IdsTabs with color-variant: module or header

Describe the bug
Using the personalize component changes color on regular tabs but does not work for color-variant: module or header.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add personalize component
2. Add ids-tabs color-variant: module or header
3. Change color using the personalize component

color-variant="module":

color-variant="header":

Expected behavior
Color should be consistent with the rest of the application, like in regular tabs without color-variant attribute.

@echodunchiee it wasnt decided if we would keep doing the personalization going forward so thats why it doesnt work. Will review with the team what we want to do.
