different envs

Hey there,

I can see in lots of your examples configuration for different environments. I tried to run sbt migrate for staging but using the -e still loads only the test env.
I took a look at the source code, doesn't seem to exist something like this, so I would be curious how it works.

Is there a way to run for eg. sbt migrate staging ?
