Allow the operators to maintain a list with rejection criteria on 'name' and 'ticker' fields, to help filter obvious scams and potential phishing attempts. Items in the list should fail CI tests.

the CF would have to host the list in some publicly accessible location. Wondering where the best place might be and or if this is still needed.

@swagendorp This hasn't been implemented yet as I'm a bit unclear on the mechanics. As in, what would be the best way to achieve this?

Would you want the blacklist to be publicly accessible?
