Some ray processes remain zombie after the main process being interrupted #132

It happens when user kill the main process with ctrl + C.

The remained zombie ray processes could be random. It might be redis-server and plasma store server, log monitor, or even some ray:IDLE processes. Sometimes all processes can be killed successfully. Zombie processes are more likely to occur on worker nodes than driver node.
