I've been trying to run TVC on a bash script and I'm getting this error message:

'import site' failed; use -v for traceback

File "/cm/shared/apps/tvc/5.6.0/tvc-5.6.0/bin/variant_caller_pipeline.py", line 78

with open(os.path.join(options.outdir,'consensus.json'), 'r') as cj_in:

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Is there any way to fix this this?

This repository has not been updated for a long time. The new version of TVC should be referred to tvc_standalone
