I plan on running Scanpy on Saturn to check their lists of mitochondrial and ribosomal genes.

Their mitochondrial_genes query method appears to get the gene list from biomart: https://icb-scanpy.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/stable/api/scanpy.api.queries.mitochondrial_genes.html?highlight=mitochond#scanpy.api.queries.mitochondrial_genes
