Update GIMP-HYBRID.yml

This version is patched with the latest pre-compiled binaries for Debian and uses the Stable release based on Arch Linux as a base.

This directory was pulled from Debian 10 "Buster" on December 13, 2023 using the attached "gimp-python.sh" script. Since the structure of Arch Linux and Debian is slightly different, the following changes were made manually:

- moved all the libraries that in Debian are normally located in the  subfolders called "x86_64-linux-gnu" directly into "/usr/lib";
- created a symbolic link "/usr/bin/python2" pointing to the file "/usr/bin/python2.7" already present.

I decided to make these changes permanent by archiving the libraries into this repository once and for all, since Debian 10 "Buster" is nearing the end of support (as I write, it is tagged "oldoldstable)".

NOTE: "Hybrid" is a Frankenstein release for fanatics, for normal versions "quite officially" supported "Stable", "Dev" and "GIT"
