How to run two different trained weights in darknet yolov3

i have already trained one weight file of non wearing helmet rider and second weight file for bike detection and working perfection
but how to run both file on the logic of
if bike is detected so it will try to detect non wearing helmet rider
otherwise it donot show any thing
plz guide me
