Add 'required' annotation

A colleague of mine had the need of having the attributes in the autogenerated wadl to support the 'requred' attribute on the autogenerated wadl. He ended up implementing it by extending the current implementation in a nice non-invasive way. See it @ http://developcorner.blogspot.dk/2013/01/custom-wadl-generator-in-jersey.html , and if you like it, merge it into the trunk.
