The latest release provides platform-specific package for windows only.
We should add other mainstream platforms such as:

PLATFORM Intel Arm
MacOS osx-x86_64 osx-aarch_64
Linux linux-x86_64 linux-aarch_64
Windows windows-x86_64

This would concern both jdemetra and jwsacruncher.

I bit of renaming is also needed for clarification:

  • APP-VERSION-bin.zip would be renamed APP-VERSION.zip
  • APP-VERSION-PLATFORM-bin.zip would be renamed APP-standalone-VERSION-PLATFORM.zip
