Hi,

I'm the author of mat2image which makes the conversion of Mat to DynamicImage. At this moment it only supports RGB8 color space (which is my use case).

It also includes .to_image_par() which uses rayon to parallelize conversion should the user choose to.

I could not find an implementation of Mat -> DynamicImage in cv-convert, maybe I can merge into this project?

That's decent work. I will consider this when I have time to work out the integration. Your PR is also welcome.
