Publish binary of assets not packed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In some reduced shells you have only tools like curl, without tar and gzip (or almost limited). In these cases it will be interesting to provide the full static binary as a raw download.

Describe the solution you'd like
If you publish the raw binary you could do curl -JOL https://github.com/jesseduffield/lazydocker/releases/download/v0.23.3/lazydocker_0.23.3_Windows_x86_64 and get the binary.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The (only) alternative is to decompress the file in another server and copy it using scp. However, this is more time consuming.

I feel this could be useful for some users.
