"output client paths" options for list and deps

Give a --output-file-paths option for list and deps, so that paths will be output as filenames, not server paths. This matters in cases where you have set the data bags directory to "data", for example--we will output "data_bags/name/item.json" even though the local file is named data/name/item.json. This would also help find the locations of things when there are multiple paths (like cookbook paths pointing to cookbooks and site_cookbooks).
