We've had a request internally to add the ability to calculate the reflectivity weighted doppler velocity from the DSD. Two things are needed:

1. Calculate velocity from N(D)
2. Calculate velocity from spectrum (N(D, V)).

Not sure I'll implement the second just yet, but the first should be straight forward.
